"I love home depot (I'm in there 2-3 times a week), but this location customer service is the absolute worst. This will be the last time I step foot into this location. I was never greeted and every orange apron that passed me never spoke. I eventually made my way from the garden center to the rental department to see if someone would stop and be of some assistance, ans made it down there and i still had to stop someone (who was short with my, maybe because of the lack of knowledge about the product, i don't know). I've been in this location 3 times over the 5 years and i stay 5 minutes down the street. The consistency of the nad customer service is the only reason I will neber shop here again. I will drive the extra 8 minutes over to the home depot on Richard D Sailors, I love that store location for knowledgeable staffand great customer service."
