"I was planning a big class reunion for 4 classes when my original florist cancelled on our balloons - they could not get helium. So I reached out to The Lily Pad Florist. They were extremely helpful, could fill my order easily, AND deliver it to Gadsden -- plus it was quite a bit cheaper than the first florist in Gadsden!!! They went the extra mile and separated the bundles of balloons for ease in putting them on the tables. They communicated well; called before coming to Gadsden; they were punctual and helpful. I couldn't have been more pleased in all they did to help with our event. I will definitely use them in the future AND highly recommend them to others!"

They went out of their way to help me with the flowers I needed and allowed me to take all the time I needed.
