"Never been so disappointed in a florist in my life. My sister and I wanted a over the top cover of beautiful flowers for our mothers casket, we didn't mind paying extra as matter of fact we paid 200 extra. It was not bigger than your norm fact it was only norn. Feeling cheated and will never again buy or recommend them to anyone. If you cannot do the job requested then say you cannot instead of disappointing a family during grief. Guess they got a 200 bonus."
