"Absolutely the worst “choice” you can make in Jacksonville. The night clerk tricked me into making a reservation “so she could email me a credit card authorization form” - but swore she wouldn’t/couldn’t charge me until it was filled out… Sadly I believed her. I made the reservation and never received the authorization form, then she stopped answering the phone … that’s okay, Wells Fargo will be sure to get any money back that you attempt stealing from me. Worst hotel experience ever. I stayed more than 100 nights last year with choice hotels and I promise this was the last straw."

"Pics say it. The shredded stained towel was a new one on me. I will just add the stale smell with occasional whiffs of cigarettes."

"DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!! WORST Confort suite I have ever stayed in!! Disgusting and for 125 dollars!! The sheets broke me out into hives so I went to stay on the pull out and almost threw up. This is worse than a Quality Arab INN!!! I will be calling corporate and demanding a refund. I stay in Choice over 25 times in a year span never again!Oh and breakfast was nasty location rough never again!"

"It was the worst stay I have EVER had !! Front desk KIM was sleeping and her attitude was awful. Then the bed was nasty as in makeup on pillow plus cover. Ask front desk if they would make us some coffee in morning and she said that was not her job and the lady that was supposed to make it was late !! We will never go there again and will make sure no one we talk to will either !!!! Sorry I have never done this before but it was AWFUL !!!!"

"I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy! Avoid this hotel! The Management and Staff need to be retrained. Stayed 4/8/2023, paid online, checked in, accessed room with the key provided and settled in. That’s where the positive experience stopped. Staff woke our family up at 3:30 AM by knocking on our door and calling us to say that we did not check in. Why? Why? You had my payment and you provided me the key, what else did I need to do? Evening clerk apparently did not do her job and Night clerk then thought it was a good idea to knock on the door. Why? Why? We were up, so we left and requested compensation. Night clerk said we would have to call the manager in the morning. Call back only to be told, I would have to call during the week. Then when I asked for the manager name, clerk refused to give it and when I asked for their name they hung up on me. Called corp office, which was very helpful, but never received a response from the hotel manager as expected after filing a formally “Operational Complaint”."
