"The room was fine overall. The service wasn’t preferable at all. I waited In the cold for over a half hour because no one was at the desk when I got here. Then the following morning before check out, around 10am the same guy at the desk bangs on the door and instantly opens up the door while I was still in bed. Very unprofessional. Room was fine. Service was poor."
"The stay was nice. I didn't appreciate the Indian lady opening our door while my girls and I were getting ready tho. The room was not bad for the price. Holes in the comforter and bathroom door looked like someone tried to punch a hole in it. Overall. I would stay here again."
"We were on the road going to Florida and had to pull over for the night. We had a small dog. Everyone wanted 75.00 for the dog and almost 100.00 for a room. We found oyo on the internet and took advantage of booking on line at a fantastic rate and a low dog rate. Room looked brand new and smelled great!!"
"Called ahead to book. Most complicated booking experience of my life. Took about 30 minutes and then I arrived expecting to receive what the man on the phone confirmed was my reservation. I arrive and it is completely wrong. I then had to pay almost double to correct the reservation with the snarky man at the front. Would not stay here again."
"Online price for first stay at the hotel was 29.99 when I paid online it charged me 70. And when I went to get the key they charge me additional 15. The front desk check was less than helpful. The room dingy with holes in the wall. Decided to stay somewhere else and they only refused 10cent . Could of kept it."
