"This is the worst place I've ever stayed at. I didn't dare try the Continental Breakfast. Orange juice was just water the color of lemonade. Pubic hair all over the bathroom. Toothpaste on the counter. Holes in the wall and door. Not sure it's meant to be stayed in more than a few hours. I hope the sheets were clean, but I doubt it. It's just managed very poorly. Spend the extra to stay somewhere else."

"By far the nastiest place I've ever stayed. There was hair all over the bathroom and toothpaste on the counter. The room obviously hadn't even pretended to be cleaned. We got in late after traveling so we decided whatever, they have breakfast, we just need to sleep. The "breakfast" was yellow water (masquerading as OJ) eight pieces of Saran wrapped bread, and buckets of cereal that looked ancient. We did not eat. We did not touch the shower. We even skipped brushing our teeth. Probably a great place to bring $10 hookers but that's about it. I should have complained but I just wanted sleep and this morning the lobby was full of people just standing around staring at me so we noped out of there with a quickness. Pros: Super close to the highway"

"Hypodermic NEEDLES in bathroom!! This was the worst experience and place we have ever been to. We arrived late at night around 11 PM and from the outside in the dark it looked ok. When we got into the room, we could see right away it wasn't very clean, shower curtain half hanging, etc. (at least no bugs) but it was late, and we were exhausted, so we got ready to go to sleep. What happened next only happens in movies. I was using the bathroom and saw something that I thought no, it can't. It was 2 hypodermic needles sticking out of the toilet paper rolls. Totally freaked as it was very lucky I wasn't stabbed. We called the desk immediately and he came up (I took pictures before) and took the needles away. He did not say much of anything to us and did not act surprised. In the morning, I asked the new person (Denise) that I felt I should get my money back. Her answer was you stayed, didn't you? Where were we going to go at 1:00 in the morning? Then she said I could have moved to another room (what good would that do)? After calling me a liar and a few other things, her comment was go ahead and give me a bad review, I don't care. Well, I did one better I called the Baymont headquarters and reported it and sent pictures. They will send an inspection team they told me (hopefully). Do not stay there!!"

"The best thing about this place is the friendly staff & customer service i received! I really hope the moral of management really takes care of them. Even if it's something small every so often. I'm not even going to speak on the rooms because it's shelter & some people have no other choice (financially/safety of a dwelling). I will say that Wyndham should consider their brand when allowing certain room features to be overlooked like rust, loose latches, filters, front door's, cleanliness, etc."

"I had a room that had the shared door with another room. They smoked all night. Even after I complained nothing seemed to change. We got moved to another room upstairs that we had to change during MID hurricane! No help. Next room was so so much better but then the power went out. We were told they had a back up generator but it wasn't true. We ended up just driving home after the hurricane instead of staying the night. However, we went to stay safe during the storm and we did so it wasn't all bad. And the bed was comfortable!"
