"Hype is great!! He has wonderful customer service skills and is very knowledgeable. We needed our truck towed on the New Year’s weekend when we were stranded out of town on a dirt road, and he came right out. Hype is very personable and was more concerned about what was best for us, as the customer, rather than trying to convince us to tow our truck to his shop for repairs. The repair was most likely going to be major (which it ended up needing a new engine) and he felt the best thing would be to tow it to our regular shop that knows all the history and has done any repairs that have been needed. He does business the right way… which is hard to find these days! If you need a tow or repairs, call Hype, he will offer you the professional help you need, when you need it. Thanks again Hype! "Hype is a hero. We were stranded in the dark and cold in the middle of nowhere. My insurance company spent 2 hours trying to find someone and never did. I found Hype from Google reviews and he immediately came to our aid. He waited with us for our ride to arrive from Atlanta to make sure we were safe, and even attempted to repair it himself. Unfortunately, he ended up towing it to the nearest dealership because it required more of an operation than he can perform. Hype is trustworthy, reliable and courteous. Highly recommend."
