"I've lived in Anniston Al. For 13 years and I have stayed here many times even living here for 6 months at one time and have never been charged extra for my partner being able to stay with me. Now today Oct 24, 2023 I'm being charged an extra $40 for 2 adults and no extra company being here. How can this be right after paying $300 to stay here for4 days? These people are ridiculous and rude as can be. The room isn't clean, the area is not a good and if you need anything extra here like toilet paper, you'll be told you can't have it, it'll clog there drains. I regret ever coming here, and don't recommend this place to anyone."

"We where in rm104 less than 2 min. Stunk to high heaven the air condishner was blowing warm air.Moved to room next door the air con. Fine. NEXT Morning my wife woke me saying she was itching all over "BED BUGS' H F HOLLAND ATLANTA GA . MIKE & MAN FROM INDIA OR PACKASTEN AND WIFE IN CHARGE OF HOTEL"

"Staff was extremely rude. We were told check-in was Anytime but then was pushed out starting at 8:50am even though check-out was supposed to be at 10:30am.. staff started calling our room at 8:50am for us to check-out.. and apparently they pushed everyone out bc everyone was leaving as we were and looked very upset about it as well. Our toilet would not flush.. and they were making up rules that were not listed on the gate as we were trying to swim in the pool. Will not be back to this motel again!!"

"Sheets had yellow stains, carpets were not vacuumed and the toilet had pee residue that you could see if you looked at an angle. I also received a non smoking room that smelled of stale cigarettes. The owner just waved me on and would not talk to me. The room was also 80 degrees walking in. I’m just gonna sleep in my car."
