"The service agreement was to cut down a tree and then cut into firewood. Tree was cut down and part of the trunk was cut into huge logs, one of which rolled down and damaged my property WHILE they were there (he didn't tell me)!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will not respond to texts or phone calls. Very unprofessional."

"My rating is actually a 0. My family and I recently moved to Arizona. We had our house up for sale in Ellijay. A small tree fell on the house and we called John to go out to the house then call us with an estimate for tree removal. John ends up sending my husband a text and all it said was 'Done'. And that he wants a large amount of money for removing this small tree. We just wanted an estimate for tree removal not for him to go out and just do it then ask for a large amount of money. We then ask him to send us a bill so we can send it to the insurance company. He refused to send us a bill unless we sent him a check. He wanted payment before he gives us a bill and threatened to put a lien on our house! Wow. This guy will do all he can to take advantage of you. Highly do NOT recommend!!"
