"When I went to return a PO Box key, I didn't get any money back, but I had JUST called them to ask if I would, and the girl on the phone had said "Yes it will be like $10 you get back." So I asked the guy I just handed the key to, white and middle-aged, and he seemed VERY put out that I knew I would get money back. He had me fill out a form and gave me $5 and walked off. I didn't even bother with the other $5. So was the girl on the phone wrong, or did this jerk just pocket half my money? Also, he ALWAYS has the absolute worst attitude."

"The older guy that works here so always so rude to us and idk why. When my husband and I got out passports he was rude to us. Then today I went in to mail a box that three days ago I went in to get a price check he said $10.80. Today I went in filled out the mailing label. He said $12.55. I said the other day you said it was 10.80. He shock his head no. I said yes you did, he looked it up and said the 10.80 is the lower mail. You put a priority mail label on it which is more. I don’t work at the post office so I didn’t know that. But instead of say yes ma’am that price is lower mailing but you have a different label on. He shock his head no calling me a liar. If is that rude and burned out at the post office then they need to let him go. Cause he pissed me off calling me a liar when I was not."

"I was trying to ship some books using media mail. Looked up online, the click N ship option is not available for this type of rate. So I determined to go to the store. One man server told me that they do not provide that kind of label, he can’t print it for me, I must print it myself. I walked back to my car. But I remember that I have shipped media mail in a USPS store back in college. It doesn’t make sense that one store can provide the service while the other one cannot. So I walked back and waited in the line. Another lady served me this time. She told me yes they print media mail label if I provide the address. But they are about to close. She can’t help me today. The man served me previously was next to her. He insisted that they don’t print this kind of label. Looks like they were trying to accept other people behind me. They are mainly dropping off packages. I was so upset because I rushed to the store before closing as I found the self service option is not available online for media mail rate. I lined up twice, service inquiry got rejected twice. Apparently there were some problems with their training."
