"I needed a pawn loan and first went to another pawn shop where the customer service was very poor and the offer was very low. I tried my luck further down the road and ended up at Crossroads Pawn-N-Shop. It was a neat and organized shop, but my 5 star rating is mostly for the owner who gave excellent customer service and gave me an honest, very fair quote (double what the other place offered me). "This is a horrible pawn shop! I pawned two apple watches with them & they sold my watches even after they took my money for an extension. They are very unprofessional & told me that they could do nothing to help when I literally have all the proof of when my extension was, when I was texted, when I sent the money and etc. DO NOT AND I REPEAT, DO NOT SHOP OR SELL OR PAWN WITH THEM! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR THINGS & YOUR MONEY!!! Do not go here! (And I didn’t want to even give them a star, but I had to in order to post)"
