"They gave our room we reserved to a different couple. Guy at the desk still gave us the room key to that room. We booked a king executive sweet. And purchased upgrades prior to arrival. We walked in on those other people. Went down to complain and the guy shrugged and blaimed someone else and then stuck us in a room with 2 full size beds for my family of 6. I will dispute the charges with my bank."

"I stayed at this location on 2/10-2/11. My first interaction with the Front Desk person was not pleasant. He was very rude to what I assume was a person inquiring about the different amenities. When it was my turn, he barely said five words to me. He pointed to the debt card machine and the price was more than what I was told. I asked him why it was more and he said it is an "if you smoke fee". He gave me my key card and did not tell me my room number I figured that part out myself. Moving on, I booked for the King Suite with Spa tub. Around 10 or 11 pm I notice that the spa tub was leaking (it was not used). I had to call the front desk 5 times before he picked up. He sent maintenance to look at the tub. He said he could not fix it because it had a leak and to call the front desk. I again, called the front desk another 5 times just for him not to answer. I went downstairs and he was laughing with another coworker. When I approached the desk he said "oh that was you that kept calling". I said yes, I explained to him what the maintenance man told us he said he could switch my room but he could not guarantee the spa tub would work. I said so you want me to switch rooms at 10 or 11 pm and the spa tub may not work? He said yes I said no I am not switching if you cannot confirm if the room I am moving to that the tub will work (this is why I booked the room for the tub). To top it off we found roaches in our room. I have called and I have not heard back from anyone about this situation. This was my first time staying at a Hilton and my experience was far from excellent."

"I have stayed several times here but am having a bad luck this time. The heater for the room was not working when it’s below freezing temperature outside. They changed my room but new room has also many problems…sigh. First of all, I can smell cigarette or weed inside bedroom area which is so not comfortable. Second, the shower room door is not closing. And third, magnifying mirror is almost falling off from the wall. The staff member at front desk was not really nice, not helping and not apologizing for my inconvenience. They sent me text when I changed my room to ask how comfortable I am in scale of 1 to 5. As soon as I said 1 and they never replied. (What’s the point for asking)"

"So, there are quite a lot of bad reviews for this hotel. Not sure it’s deservedly. My major complaint is that using google maps/gps it will not take you to the right hotel UNLESS you put in the address instead of hotel name or using their link. Now, the room was comfortable. Yes it needs some maintenance and tlc but it was pretty clean. However, the vent over the tub in room 440 was filthy. The grab bar, faucet handles etc were dirty/finger prints. I have seen worse hygiene issues at more expensive hotels. Bed was comfortable and pillows better than most. Had breakfast via room service. Pretty good and reasonable price. Didn’t have any real interaction with staff other than the lady who delivered the room service. Received welcoming smiles from front office staff. I am one who appreciates people that are working and realize some things are not in their control like updating rooms (that would be a corporate issue). You get more with honey than vinegar so likely all the folks complaining about the hotel are likely unhappy folks to begin with…"

"Nothing to complain about at all. Doing a wonderful job there. To the chef in charge of deserts the cheesecake is amazing so is the bourbon pecan pie. To the bar tender, the long island ice tea was on point. If I hadn't see u make it I would have guessed it was premade and spiked it tasted so perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and felt like home walking in. The staff was very respectful and I look forward to coming back when I have the chance."
