"This is not a nice place today Gm Samantha It's not a very nice person GM Samantha Hires people for the front desk. Don't know what they're doing. And they have people car getting broken in GM Samantha is not doing a thing about it And Have junky people hanging out at the hotel and Roach hotel. A Health department need to shut this junkie place down please dont check in the hotel"
"The house keeper are lousy the employees argue with the guest and talk disrespectful to the people that rent rooms mainly two black house keeper do a lousy job talk about people and keep drama going like a soap opera never again would I encounter such a bad experience also head people are rude as welk"
"Absolutely horrible staff say for a couple people, we stopped receiving room service for no reason despite having the executive room, which we were told would receive service daily (the reason for the more expensive price) and the incompetent lady in the office for absolutely no reason refused to help us, another employee wasted our time by trying to argue with us, refused to give us the number to her manager, and then we got kicked out because of it. ?????. Really big infestation of roaches, sprayed pesticide on our room floor while we were in the room, the Door quite literally collapsed after not closing all the way. Super loud neighbors and unsavory characters around, right by a night club and a freeway so you're lucky to get a good quiets night rest. If I could leave less than a star I would."
"When we arrived for our reservation they room was short on pillows, towels, and hangers. They said they didn't have hangers. The back was missing from the TV remote control. There was garbage and a dirty diaper on top of a laundry box next to the ice machine. I was outside our room and a young woman walked by and asked if I "wanted to do business." SERVICE - The desk clerk was efficient and helpful. LOCATION: This motel was funky and not worth the $80 it cost. It looks NOTHING like the photos you have on the internet of it. Very ugly and was hard to find."
"Pretty standard for what you'd expect from a more budget stay. Overpriced, but everything is in the area. The room was pretty clean except the AC unit which was pretty filthy. Our nonsmoking room smelled a little of smoke, but not unbearably so. After having two other hotels fail to give us livable rooms, we were glad to have somewhere to sleep."
