"I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, and I feel it's important to share my experience to those considering making a reservation here. Circumstances necessitated a last-minute booking at this hotel during late hours due to unforeseen travel complications. Regrettably, upon arrival, we noticed an overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke throughout the hallways, accompanied by damaged walls and doors leading to our room. Upon entering our assigned room, the situation only deteriorated further. All of the mirrors in the room were shattered, mold was prevalent in the shower and bathroom, the coffee pot hadn't been cleaned in some time, and there were structural damages to the room. Despite our reluctance, the late hour and our unfamiliarity with the city compelled us to stay, taking precautions to minimize our interaction with the unclean environment before going to sleep. The following morning, our concerns persisted, leaving us no choice but to forgo both a shower, due to the unsanitary conditions, and breakfast, out of apprehension regarding the cleanliness of the kitchen facilities. Hoping the hotel would help rectify the situation, we approached the front desk, only to be met with dismissiveness from the individual who had checked us in the previous night. Despite our efforts to convey the extenuating circumstances surrounding our stay, including the late-hour arrival and our vulnerability as two female travelers in an unfamiliar city, he insisted there was nothing he could do. Our request to escalate the matter to a higher authority was met with minimal assistance, as the contact information purportedly belonging to the manager or owner of the property provided was an inactive email address. This lack of responsiveness and accountability further compounded our dissatisfaction with the overall experience. In light of all the deficiencies mentioned above in both accommodations and customer service, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to fellow travelers, nor do I foresee any circumstance under which I would consider revisiting this establishment in the future."

"2 stars because you get a bed to sleep on and a shower to wash yourself. After staying here multiple times for business reasons I've decided to write a review. The complaints about this hotel are all true. You should feel lucky if you get a room where the TV works properly, the microwave works, the phone is connected to the wall and works, and the sheets are clean, don't smell like urine, and are without burn holes. The carpet is so filthy that you'll stick to it. I haven't stayed in a room that wasn't dingy and dirty-looking. There's a very strong smell of potpourri once you enter the hotel and it gets stronger in the elevator at times to the point that customers were choking from riding in it. I haven't come across a roach in the rooms but you might catch one in the breakfast area during breakfast hours. I had to kill one crawling across the wall because a little girl was scared of it. That's a lasting impression. Overall, it's not up to chain hotel standards. It's an independently owned, hourly motel experience. I don't encourage people to bring their families here. If I had to spend my own money or points for a hotel stay I would pick a better quality Comfort Inn even if it's a bit further away."

"This hotel is maybe the worst I've stayed in ever - definitely the worst I've stayed in in a long time. It's difficult to know where to start with all the issues because there are so many. Just a very dingy, dirty, grimy experience overall. Immediately, I took the elevator up to my room and noticed that the safety inspection was a year expired - the elevator definitely felt old, but it could also be dangerous given it's no longer certified to be safely operable. The second elevator doesn't seem to even be functional anymore. Walking to my room, I passed a random full trashcan and a pile of dirty brown towels lying on the floor outside one of the rooms (this was a daily occurrence for my 4 nights here). One or more of the rooms smell pretty strongly of weed, and it made the hallway smell of a combination of weed and air freshener. Once I finally got into my room, I noticed little unacceptable issues everywhere. Cobwebs on the ceiling, mold on the caulking around the bathtub, a rusting bathroom vent cover hanging onto the ceiling by a thread, a leaky bathroom faucet, really dirty curtains on the window that look like people wiped their muddy hands all over them, big stains on the carpet and chair, a sticky bathroom floor, a nasty dirty phone on the desk, a nightstand that had a drawer that was unable to be closed, and just a generally dirty space overall. It feels like they must just barely do anything in the way of cleaning when they make up the rooms (IF they make up the rooms). Now perhaps the rooms are so filthy because they just don't clean them because they simply forgot to make up my room 3 of the 4 nights I was here. Either it's complete disorganization with their room cleaning system, or they just didn't bother to do some of the rooms for whatever reason. The room had a nice door to a little balcony which is nice in theory, but because they seem like they haven't spent any money to maintain anything in the room, even this little detail is an issue. My room was on the 5th floor, and because the hotel is right by the interstate, the room was high enough that the sound barrier along the interstate wasn't blocking the sound reaching my room. The door has a bad seal around it, so the road sound pretty easily leaked through the door, making the sleeping experience a bit loud. Speaking of loud, on 2 of the 4 nights, there were random people loudly arguing in the parking lot (this is according to another room across the way that had others in my group staying there). One couple was shouting and cursing in the middle of the night, and another pair of guys was getting ready to fight each other in the parking lot. The only redeeming things I can say about this grungy place are that the sheets were clean, I slept fairly well, the rooms are spacious, and the staff seem pleasant. But for $120 a night, this experience was completely unacceptable overall. I'm not a picky person, and most of these complaints I mentioned don't bother me that much, but for someone that gets bothered by things like what I mentioned, this hotel will cause you to leave immediately. It just feels like a complete lack of respect for the guests and the hard earned money that they're paying to stay at this grimy place. I absolutely do not recommend staying here. My 2/5 stars feels overly generous, but it's just bad."

"I 100% do NOT recommend staying here. I've stayed here twice and will never go back. If you stay here, you're asking for weird smells, roaches crawling on walls/bathroom, and getting bitten by bed bugs. The first time (July 2023) we had a roach crawling on the wall and when we called the front desk requesting some pest control, we were told we'd have to wait till housekeeping was in the next day. None of us showered the night we were there because the bathroom smelt so strongly of mildew that we didn't want to be in the bathroom for extended periods of time. There were stains all over the balcony door curtains, along with on pillows and bedding. At this time, the permits in their elevators were expired and I let them know. The second time was at the end of October 2023 and it was solely out of convenience to the venue location, price and last-minute booking. Upon arriving to the room, the door was propped opened along with weird staining on the floor in the hallway. The balcony door in this room didn't seem to actually seal shut. There were still stains on the curtains. I had to kill roaches in the bathroom. The elevator permits were STILL expired; they already don't seem to operate well. On top of all that, I ended up getting bitten by bed bugs during this one night we were there. I'm writing this review in November 2023 and still dealing with itchiness from these bites. It's just not worth the headache to save money on a hotel stay. If you're looking for a hotel close to the Braves Stadium/Coca-Cola Roxy, the location, nor the price, are worth the experience as you may end up going home with some new critter additions."

"I chose this place thinking, okay I’m only gonna be in Atlanta for two days for business I don’t need to pay $300+ on a room so I came across this hotel great prices but from the “pictures” they promote are not the same those pictures are from when they first built the hotel. Room smelt like piss left over lingerie paper behind the ironing board. I asked could they come clean it up I was told I had to wait until the next morning stains on everything. People living out the rooms etc & I definitely wouldn’t eat no breakfast there because if the rooms nasty I know the cooks are too! Great area & you would think the hotel would be even better because the area was very quiet"
