"First let me say the staff and management are awesome. However the facilities are infested with rats. They have traps everywhere, but we stored our stuff for barely two months and had rat poop all over everything. We did not store any food items, only some furniture and moving boxes with clothes and housewares. We had to put everything in the garage and go through each box/piece individually to clean everything and make sure no rats moved with us. It was disgusting and not a problem easily fixed. My sister and I loved the staff, but needed to let people know the reality of the place - avoid using them!"
"Sharonda Hensley has top notch customer service! First the exit gate was having problems and she came out and personally pushed it open and did it with a smile and not begrudgingly! Secondly, she was helping in going above and beyond to help me get into my storage unit by calling for help from another store to assist me and will call me when the unit has been opened! She’s amazing!"
"TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! These units are RAT and MOLD INFESTED!! The workers are unprofessional and liars. They will not return any phone calls if you have a situation at hand even after promising to do so. If you do have an issue and want to talk to the manager they have to have him call you which he never does. We have so much storage that will have to be thrown away from rat infestation and mold. Including expensive and sentimental items that cannot be cleaned. You have been warned! Also there’s only one way in one way out so you have to constantly ask people to move their vehicles or try not to hit someone going around them. PICTURES ADDED! There was also LIVE RATS moving around while we were in the unit."
