"I have a big class c RV (heavy). I had a set of tires put on and they tackled it like a nascar pit stop with several techs. Really excellent service and awesome techs. They always take the time to use torque wrenches on the lug nuts which not everyone does. I come here for all my vehicles and will continue to do so."

"Totally blown away by the TOP NOTCH customer service! Neal went far and away beyond our expectations. After having a bit of a miscommunication with another team member, Neal was empathetic, understood our explanation, offered his apologies numerous times, and assured us he would take care of getting our tire inspected and repaired. He personally got it into the shop and not 30min later our car was ready. Much to our shock and disbelief, when Neal discovered the tire could not be repaired, he replaced it, and made sure all the other tires we as equally good...all at NO CHARGE! He wouldn't accept that we were willing to pay for what he had done. "I said I would take care of you, and I hope I did." What his only response. Neal - you have definitely earned our respect and loyalty to Discount Tire in McDonough for years to come! We will be back soon to buy our next set of new tires!"

"This was the easiest tire purchase I've made in 40 years. I ordered my tires on Tirerack. They were delivered to Discount Tire in 3 days. I made my appointment over the phone, and showed up. I was greeted as soon as I entered, and the guy checking me in even shook my hand! That never happens. He asked about my wipers, tried a pressure free upsell on the tires, and got me started right away. When they were 75% done, someone else came out, and let me know the progress. I have lifetime free tire rotation, amazing. I'll be bringing my wife's car here when her tires wear out. How come everyone can't do business like this!!!"

"I went to a used tire shop and bought a used tire. As soon as I got into my driveway not even 10 min later it was flat. I’ve been to Discount Tire for the past 5 years and have always had a great experience. Tonight was different. As soon as I pulled up to discount tire I was expecting to be turned away. They close at 6 and I pulled up at 6:15. I just wanted to ask for some advice because I thought that that was weird how quickly it went flat. They said nope, let’s go take a look at it. Took it off and realized that there was a hole in the side wall. I didn’t travel five minutes let alone five miles to even get that much damage to the tire. I told them I was heading to VA to visit family the next day and they said that the tire is going to have to be replaced. Jake came out and said they were to going to replace it for me FOR FREE!! I said absolutely not, how much? I can’t thank Jake, Neal, and Cowan enough for helping me travel for the holidays safely! If you’re ever in need of a tire, go to them. Customer service was amazing and I have a story to tell every Christmas now☺️"
