"The cupcakes are really good but these past few times I’ve gone the service has been unwelcoming. Rather than being greeted upon entering the store, I’ve been ignored (even when I’ve said hello). There are two girls in particular who are very rude and could use a lesson in customer service."
"So listed in the pic below is what I asked for and what I received I placed my order on a Thursday afternoon two days before my daughter bday and asked for grinch cupcakes the service was great while waiting to get them done but they waited til the day of to produce the cupcake order and they look terrible I’m not please at all it wasn’t worth the money we paid looks more like Oscar the grouch than the grinch"
"Amazing cupcakes. Walk-in and receive the smells for free. I tried the Cookies n' Cream, Choco, Choco and vanilla, and Hot Fudge Sundae (pictured below). Cakes are super soft and taste great, the frosting which I'm not usually a fan of is amazing and adds to the flavor of the cupcakes. I had to return for more cupcakes lol and will try the ice cream one day."
"We ordered 2 cupcakes from yall and I have to say, it was amazing! First time ever trying these guys out and im very impressed. Very tasty, the presentation was outstanding! The dog cupcakes presentation was amazing, my dogs absolutely loved them."
