"The only reason I gave this store 1 star is because they got a makeover and the store looks better. You can cover weeds with pretty flowers, but eventually the weeds will resurface. The employees at this location are still unprofessional, disrespectul and not Customer friendly at all. I finally was fed up and called the Corporate office. I called for 2 days in a row at various times of day and still was not able to reach anyone. I finally left a voice message with my phone number and the reason for my call; I still have not received a response. In the past, I would only go in this store if I desperately needed something and did not feel like driving to the big box store. I thought with the makeover it would improve, how wrong I was. Going forward, I will take the extra 15 minutes to drive elsewhere; at least I will feel like my money is well spent."
"It was cool until the security guy profiled me. He was shining a light inside of my car cause I guess I look suspicious sitting in my car after making a purchase. Hurts my feelings being judged meanwhile someone probably actually did steal from them while he is observing me. I won’t be coming back. Very uncomfortable. I hate being judged off of the actions of others."

"Being a resident in this area I used to visit this location quite often, nearly everyday. Recently, the cashier dropped my eggs off of the counter and the manager, Kim, tried to make me pay for another dozen of eggs. The Dollar General down the street is a tad bit messier inside, but the service is MUCH better. I will never return to this Family Dollar location again again."
