"I was looking for a car to use to go to work, did some window shopping and was on a rush but for some reason destiny brought us to Knights Rockmart. And alas, here we met our knight in shining armor Mr. Harper Sneed. He's very approachable, welcoming, very professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful. When it comes to customer service he gives you 110%, he was able to assist us in getting the car that we needed without much of a hassle. Of course when it comes to buying used cars you also have to do your own personal diligence and research before making a decision which i did, and Mr. Harper helped me with the minor issue that i had with the car on the windshield which is okay now and even gave me two extra free change oil. i would recommend Knights car store to my friend and fellow filipino acquaintances, If you need top notch assistance and being treated like family, Mr. Harper sneed is the Man, keep up the Good work and more blessings to come Mr. Harper. "Just wanted to provide an update on my experience. Bought May 4th Broke down May 7th Towed to shop May 8th In shop from May 8th-June 2nd Motor and starter replaced June 3rd I picked up from the dealership June 16th broke down in the middle of the road. Then it started back. June 23rd Broke down. June 26th Towed to the Chrysler dealership June 26th-current at the dealership even with the current warranty cost for me are $812.19. Finance company also wants to be paid or they are going to repossess the vehicle that still doesn’t run. $800 plus late fees Original post below: Thank you Harper for helping my family get a car today!!!!
