"Only this person I’ve had some bad experience with everyone else was fabulous She (Reina) very rude, loudmouth, flirty with the man thanks she knows it all, She told me she was going to show me her heart because I showed her my heart on my face. It was a birthmark, so she showed me her heart, which is on her bird finger and shot me a bird. And she told me that if she was made to go outside and check the check engine light that she would just quit, she said that was not her job description I wonder what is her job description….. besides flirting with the men…. "I walked in this store multiple times just having the WORST luck and my girl Reina... lawd, get you a Reina. Not only did she see the frustration after going to another store and dealing with the employees that didn't know their head from a hole in the ground, but she also had all my answers, parts, and saved me a whole bunch of money.. This store has it going on with her!!!!!! She is a massive asset and hope she gets the credit she deserves! I'm a little late putting in my review, but I will not shop at another parts store for my suburban!"
