"Don't expect speedy service.... everyone just walking around as I wait 2hrs for 2 tires."

"I was very hesitant with the reviews. However I decided to take a chance and I was prepared to wait several hours based off reviews.They did fantastic! I got all 4 brand new tires. They mounted one of my old tires coming off the vehicle to a rim I had so I can keep it as a spare (my request). I couldn't beat the price after quoting around and researching tires! I was dreading and expecting to be there about 4 hours though.. especially being a Saturday! It was all completed in an hour. Obviously I know it isn't and won't always be that fast. Everything went smoothly and my car is driving fantastic. No complaints, I'm very satisfied!"

"I made an appointment to come in 4 days prior I get here at my appointment time Sunday at 9AM I got here at 8:51AM. I was told they would call me when my car was ready so I shopped around. 2 Hours and 10 minutes later I have not been called so I come to check and see if my car is ready and it is not. I’ve been waiting almost 2 and a half hours for my car to be done. The time is awful. It does no good to make an appointment because you still end up waiting atleast 2 hours to get your car serviced."

"Dropped the car off at 1:15 on 4/26/2021 for an oil change and tires rotated. I asked how long it would take and was told 2 hours so we left it. Called to check on it at 4:30pm when I hadn't heard from them. They said it would be another hour and would call when it was ready. I saw they closed at 7pm so at 6:45 went there to check on it and was told it would still not be ready until 8pm. Sat and waited and finally got the car at 8:30pm. They didn't even start on the car until we got there. Was told the other help left at 6. There were only a few cars in the parking lot when we dropped it off and none in the parking lot when we arrived at 6:45. This place has NO MANAGEMENT at all! If they did this would not have been allowed to happen. Can't blame it on being busy or Covid or anything else but management. When we showed up, the cashier even tried to talk us out of having the stuff done and bringing it back another day after having had the car for 6 hours. STAY AWAY"

"Ordered two tires on line. Got quality at a good price. Had to wait three days for tires to come in but went at 4:00 pm Friday and they were done at 5:00pm. Didn't install new valve stems but I guess I was supposed to ask. Everything else was great. Great job by techs and cashier."
