"I bought tires from another tire shop and asked this location to mount and balance the tires. The tires I purchased where wrapped in plastic and two were placed inside my car. After getting the tires mounted and balanced, this placed charged me $100 to just mount and balance and said they were going to dispose the tires they took off. The tires that were being taken off were in great shape and had at least 75% tread on them. I told the manager of the place that I was not going to pay them to "dispose" tires that I know they were going to sell to someone else because of the good condition. I was only replacing the tires because they weren't matching sets and I purchased matching sets. The manager seemed upset and went to the back. When my car came around the manager (I was told by the tire tech) threw the old dirty tires without any paper or plastic to protect the inside of my car off white seats/interior right on my seats and marked them up. This manager was very impressive from the start. I sat and waited for at least 20 minutes from the beginning while he joked around with another guy and just talking. (Which he didn't realize I do understand Spanish) I just wanted to see how long he was going to continue with his conversation before he acknowledged me during there waiting. The fact that this manager took it upon himself to throw dirty tires inside an off white car without providing the same care/respect as the company that sold me the tires says a lot about how this company employee care about the customers. I asked the tech why did he do that (even though he seemed nice) he smirked and as he walked off and said the manager did that. The tech did eventually bring out a cardboard so that I could place the tires on after they had marked up my seats. I would not recommend this place to anyone getting tires. I would post the pictures I took of how the tires were placed if it would let me. I would give this place a lower start rating of allowed."
