"wait time at customer service was horrible today 12/14/23 at around 1:00pm, two other people who were at self checkout nearby simply just stared at me. Whether it’s their job or not at customer service, they should’ve at least asked if I need something."
"Store associate on an ego trip ignored me for 30 minutes at customer service and than proceeds to walk up on me all confrontational just to tell me customer service is not open until 8 o'clock. (Nearly stepping on my feet walking by me in a rude manner, also waved his hand in my face earlier on, within 6 inches of my face). I am disappointed with this locations professionalism displayed on this particular visit. Dont know the man's name but I'm pretty sure he isn't the manager. Middle age man, wears a fake gold watch. This employee is a liability to Kroger company and does not deserve any authority or position at Kroger, maybe he can learn how to be a human elsewhere!"
"I placed a $100 order yesterday at 2:00pm for a 6:00 pickup. At 5:15 I received email order was canceled- no reason and gave me an 800 # to call. This number knew nothing. This morning I called Store Supervisor to find out what happened. After his/her phone rang 100 times with no answer I hung up. This is completely unacceptable as I gave an invalid wife so am totally depositing on pickup as I can’t leave my house for more than 30 minutes. At least let me know what is happening!"
"Good supermarket with all essential items. They sell many items at discounted rates for card members. They also sell variety of Kosher items. They have great vegetable produce. Pharmacy is also present in this supermarket. Customer service is good. Face mask is mandatory for in store shopping. Sanitizer tissue is available at the entrance."
"I like that this Kroger is nicely tucked away yet it is popular and has a lot of parking available. The res box is a good spot to grab a couple of movies for the weekend. There is a Western Union inside to send money to others or a Fifth and Third bank branch after you get through shopping for food or flowers!"
