"I just had Augusta Flooring supply and install the carpet in my new log home. I can only say great things about the quality and service that I receive from Augusta Flooring. Jessica was quick at going out and measuring my home, and getting me scheduled for installation 1 day later. Larry did a fabulous job installing the carpet, and Doug called to check in and make sure that I was satisfied with everything. ALWAYS GOOD TO DEAL WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES"

"Just had some glue down flooring installed. Good pricing on flooring with a decent wear layer. The order arrived quickly and the install guys, Jason and Kaleb were awesome! They had the place looking good after a day's work. Photos are before the quarter round was put down. It looks even better. This is the second job from this store and I have no complaints. In fact, the first flooring job is about 8 years old and it's still in good shape after 3 kids and a small dog. Would definitely recommend."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Augusta Flooring! We just recently had all new hard surface flooring laid in our home and they far exceeded all of our expectations. From the quality of the product and installation to the fair price, they are by far the best in the business. Doug and Mona are extremely kind, professional, trustworthy, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend!"

"I recently used August Flooring, for the third time at my home and once at my daughter’s home. From the moment I walked in their door until the job was complete, everyone was friendly, efficient and very professional! I highly recommend Augusta Flooring for all your flooring needs! They will soon be returning to do my upstairs and three rooms at my daughter’s home."

"We purchased laminate wood flooring 2 years ago from Augusta Flooring. It was obviously a flawed product as it began to lift in several areas throughout the house. The installers came out twice to try to fix the issues of lifting. We contacted Doug the owner and he admitted that the product was flawed and he would not be carrying it any longer as many customers were experiencing issues. He allowed us to pick out another brand of flooring and we paid the difference in the price between the two. The flooring was installed and the two installers did a great job and we even tipped them. We were handed the bill and it was over $300 more than what Doug had initially quoted us. We called and spoke with Doug and begrudgingly he agreed to accept the quoted price. After installation we noticed a threshold area with a gap in the flooring of the threshold leading out through our laundry room into the garage. We called to speak with Doug and he was not in so the receptionist asked if I would send her photos of the issue. I sent her a text with five photos which clearly showed the gap. I would like to add that when you step onto the threshold it cracks. This was never an issue before the flooring was replaced. The receptionist told us that she would show Doug and the installers the photos and they would call us back. Over a week later, no call. We called back today and the receptionist said she thought Doug the owner was going to call us. She also said they looked at the photos and didn’t see an issue and when we inquired about the owner or one of the installers coming to take a look she told us they didn’t want to pull the installers off of a paying job to look at our floor. Apparently you are only a paying job during the installation process and after the process is completed your business isn’t important. Augusta Flooring commercials proclaim their legendary service. This is where the “Legendary Service” is insulting! Doug the owner just called us and proceeded to tell us that the installers did a fine job (this was not in question) and that he wasn’t going to be able to make us happy and the gap was minute! Let me state that it is unfortunate that he had to absorb the cost of replacing our flooring but when you own a business you do your due diligence on the products you are selling! We certainly did not get the flooring for free, so his repeated response of, “I pulled up the old flooring and laid down new flooring for you” is also insulting! He then exclaimed, “if the flooring breaks call me!” I then tried to ask another question and Doug said, “good bye” and hung up the phone. Incredibly rude and condescending! Take your business elsewhere!"
