"The store isn't properly ran. The GM has an attitude and an unwillingness to assist. She kept an employee at her store that was caught stealing multiple times and was highly intoxicated. She tends to take extremely long breaks ..ive called in multiple times and requested that she call me and each time..she hasn't reached out. There are a few gentlemen that work there that are helpful..but you can tell the work environment is hostile. Unfortunately due to how this particular store is ran we have decided to give elsewhere for our car issues."
"I've spent two days and I've been to every auto parts store in Augusta looking for one nut to fit on a mini bike axle. Could not find it anywhere except this advance Auto parts. It was 12-1.25. five stars because this place ended my horrible adventure"
"I needed a part, researched online which said a different store had it and I thought it also said the Lumpkin rd store had. I went in and was told it was not in stock but they could get it by the afternoon. I stayed online showed the Walton way store having it in stock along with Lumpkin rd, and asked asked if any other store had it in stock. I was told no stores in Augusta showed it in stock. I went to my truck and called the Walton way store. The states they had it in stock and when I arrived they were very helpful not only with me but the customer before me, giving them tips on the part they just purchased."
