"Took a pressure washer in to get repaired and got nothing but the run around! Tech told me motor was bad and he could tell me where to get one.First conversion then after I didn’t hear from them for two months I contacted them all the sudden it was French made and they couldn’t help me. But when it was dropped off tech said motor was bad and that it had a bad switch, which worked when dropped off and had to be working to test and motor. But was told it wasn’t their fault. Tech called me told me there was nothing they could do with it and I said I would get by in a couple days to pick up. Few days later get a call that they were charging me storage. Didn’t here from them initially till i contacted them two months after dropping off. Rip off artist if you ask me. Ps they still have my pressure washer. Didn’t want to have to argue with them."
"Needed a tire for my velke for my commercial mower. Local John Deere didn't have one and northern tools did. They also beat John Deere price by $80. Had it on my velke today and it performed great. Got to love a no flat tire that feels like a pneumatic tire. I bought 2 for the price of $24.99 each. Great product and customer service. Will come here again."
