"Came here to look for a monitor for a regular use and when I went into the shop man I’ll tell you they overprice a lot of things at first I saw a $20 monitor and the next one was $200 and it was quite shocking so I was like “ maybe it’s just the monitors that are pricey let me walk around and see some prices” and man everything was just overpriced and I know things have gone up since but I have my own business so I know how numbers work but I couldn’t agree they just wanted $$$ and I knew I wasn’t trippin when I went to the pawn shop across the street after I left from here I got myself a really nice monitor that retails for $160 and they sold it to me for half the price brand new!!!! Shoutout to the guys across the street but arrowhead pawn sorry y’all can do better ."

"I've had my conceal weapon permit since 2021, but just had not ventured out to the find me a weapon. Knowing I needed to, but just apprehensive, because I didn't know where to go or what kind of weapon was best for me. At the advice of a my male co-workers, one who had purchased a couple of guns from this pawn shop, it was suggested that I take a trip to Arrowhead Pawn Shop. So, I did! On the day that I stopped in, my male friend accompanied me there. I have to say, being a complete novice, I was fortunate to be assisted by Todd. From the initial interaction, Todd was very knowledgeable and extremely caring. He treated and met me exactly where I was, based on my knowledge of guns, and what would work best for me. While, in discussions with my male co-workers and male friends, I was told that about specific guns that I might or should consider. However, I was oblivious to how and what that/they would look like, when I actually made it to the store to purchase. Not a worry at all, Todd was EXCELLENT! He even started, by asking me to see my hands, explaining about my hand size, nail length, etc. and how it could/would impact the type of gun that I purchase. He then recommended a gun, explaining why he felt that it would be best for me, but allowed me to see, feel and hold a comparable weapon, while he searched for the actual gun being recommended. When he found the actual weapon, a S & W 380 Easy, he explained the difference between the two guns and gave me the pros/cons. I have to the say that when a female, a novice like myself, is purchasing a weapon, having Todd, or certainly someone like him, makes for a more educated purchase. And, Todd even went a step further suggesting a company that provided training, with some classes specifically catered to females. Did/does, he do this for all of his female customers? He was was so genuine, I want to believe that he does. However, he did it for me and was very genuine, so my experience is based on that belief. Furthermore, it just didn't feel like he was simply trying to "make a sale"! Frankly, having him is what made me decide to consummate the purchase ON MY FIRST VISIT! As someone who has been in sales for over 40 years, I understand the need to build trust and meet the client where they are. You are better off for doing so, and will likely gained a client and make a sale. Todd made the sale, and thus gained me as a client. THANKS A MILLION TODD...You're THE BEST!!"

"Price gouging the black community. They don’t tell you prices over the phone for a reason. Go to adventure outdoors, literally the best place in America like a toy store for adults. Everything is MSRP I have Four Guns from arrowhead and will never go back After I went to adventure outdoors."

"This is the worst pawn shop in the city and I am so happy that they are going out of business! They have been in our community ripping people off for years. I put a piece of jewelry on layaway and was half way done paying for it when I found out that they were going out of business. So I tried to get my money back off the layaway and was told that I couldn’t get my money back and the only option that I have is to get it out before they close November 1st."
