"This family dollar store #06415 1765 Mundy Mill Rd, Jonesboro, GA don't honor price posted on there shelves. When it rung up another price. Manager claims can't over ride new price. Second time this happened. Take old price down when you rise your price on those items. Told him walmart honor price if rung up in correctly than what's posted. Manager said go to walmart and I did. "Went to this location today and the staff Raymond Gates was at the register on his phone not even paying me no mind until i spoke to the manager Brandy and said can someone help me in front of Brandy and Raymond..and then he proceeded to to try to speak to me after I already done asked for service from someone else which led words being exchanged. Had he of spoken to me and not of been on that phone I would’ve been able to get service from him and not from someone else. Brandy allowed her employee to go back and forth with customers and told me I was wrong as a worker you never suppose to tell a customer who’s spending money they’re wrong! HORRIBLE SERVICE ! "Staff is rude.. do to over work under payed and they hire ppl that quite 5 days later. I'm surprised they are still open. The store is disorganized old sales stickers up. The ppl just come to make money and the store is open just for money. I would have to go to 3 different stores for what my family needs"
"This is one of the worst Family Dollars in clayton County. The manager is extremely rude. The manager don't respect customers nor do she respect her employees. I have been in the area for three years and this location have failed to provide great customer service . When they run out of room in their outdoor dumpster they set the dumpster on fire to make room for more trash . I witnessed one of the employees setting the dumpster on fire and the smoke from dumpster fill the store. They always have items on the floor and the prices are always incorrect. STOP PATRIOTNIZING BUSINESSES THAT DON'T RESPECT PEOPLE AS HUMANS."
