"Do not use this shop if you value your rims. I had new tires put on and when I pick them up one rim was missing a lot paint. They seemed to care less that it got messed up. Now I will have to get the rim painted. Absolutely terrible shop and I will never use them again for anything."

"Certain mechanics do not know what they’re doing. Scam artists and do not take accountability for their mistakes. One of the mechanics cross threaded two of my studs (as far as I know) and broke a lug nut and told me I needed to pay for it and they’d take off 20% of labor. Disrespectful and just inconsiderate."

"I had to replace a brand new tire and was told 200 for the tire. When the job was done was told it was 250! When I said that was not the price told to me they got real indignant with me and started to talk in another language. Then one of the employees wanted to belly up to me and act tough. I would not buy or let them work on my car again!! It is not American owned or employee. Go to a tire company that values you and your business."

"Do not visit this tire shop! The owner is not trustworthy and lacks candor honesty and integrity. I visited the tire shop seeking a wheel balancing service due to sudden vibrations experienced when accelerating. A follow-up inspection of the tire revealed that the issue was not related to balancing but stemmed from a deteriorated front tire, rendering it non-circular and causing an imbalance in the vehicle. Recognizing the need for tire replacement, I recommended a straightforward substitution. the technician also proposed a tire rotation from rear to front which I agree with. While I concurred with this approach, I explicitly communicated that balancing was unnecessary since the tire was the root cause of the vehicle's vibrations. Despite my clear instructions, upon completion of the service, I was invoiced for balancing, an aspect I had expressly declined. This incident raises concerns about the integrity of their practices. The owner appeared to disregard my preferences, ostensibly for the sake of additional charges, feigning ignorance despite my initial communication. Instances of this nature erode trust in smaller automotive repair facilities. Regrettably, this experience highlights a departure from fundamental principles of honesty and customer service. It underscores the challenge of entrusting one's vehicle to dealerships or independent shops alike, as honesty becomes a rare commodity. I caution future patrons to exercise diligence when engaging their services, advising clear communication and a thorough review of proposed services and associated costs. This narrative serves as a testament to the importance of vigilance in ensuring a transparent and trustworthy transaction in the automotive service industry."
