"This is a SCAM... I have been paying this company for a while and have never filed a claim until recently. My car's motor started slipping and the first thing I did was take it to my mechanic. The mechanic said I need another motor and I thought I was ok because I had CarShield...WRONG. They gave me the run around for weeks and then finally said they would do an investigation. That investigation was FRAUDULENT. The report stated that I had no oil in my car and I know that wasn't true because it was at my mechanic's shop and he told me there was oil in there at the time of the investigation. I told them what my mechanic said and I gave them all the receipts for my oil regular changes. They still stood by the FALSE report and refused to pay for my car repair. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will make sure to discourage everyone from using them. I don't understand why they haven't been shut down yet. They have over 2000 negative reviews on the BBB website. It's outrageous that they continue to take advantage of people like this."
