"9/23/2020 I’m actually a dealer myself and I know the importance of customer service. 1:02pm I just left out of this store and the sales rep was HORRIBLE! He seemed to be prejudice, ignored me for about 35mins and was extremely rude when trying to assist me. I walked out, I would never buy parts from this store ever!!!! Associate seemed to be very racist!!!! I am writing this review in the parking lot. This place will never get my business and I will spread the word to other local dealers and franchise dealerships in the area. If I could give no stars I would!"

He seemingly did everything he could to not bring attention to himself, but I'm going to bring him some attention here. ***I see the owner didn't thank me for the shout-out to Robby after my original review. How classless."
