"I called this afternoon about a nail in my tire it was almost 5pm the shop closes at 6pm the guy on the phone told me to bring it right on in. When I got here the customer service was very satisfying I am very pleased about the work that these guys do everyday. The employees are very cool guys. If you need some work did to your car come see these guys you won't be disappointed"
"Disappointed with their customer service. Be sure to ask very detailed, clarifying questions when discussing your service on the phone. We had a leak in one of our tires. They said it was unrepairable, which is understandable, but also said, "we have the same thing you have on your car in stock." After I approved and went to pick it up, there was a lower mileage Goodyear instead of the Michelin set I had on our Suburban. When I asked the guy about it, he said, "I meant the same size and I wanted to get you back on the road today. I would have to order the Michelin." Very shady and no other offers for helping with the situation. I also paid the $25 to reset the TPMS system, which after getting it home, I checked and it had not been done. When called, they had "forgot.""

I have had several things done over the past year between 2 sets of tires, alignments, oil changes and tire sensor replacement, I can't say enough about their customer service.
