"Go see Matt Webb in the service department at Jim Ellis, Audi in Doraville, Ga. I live in Michigan. Had my car serviced at the local dealership for a road trip going south to visit family and friends. A brief stop in Atlanta, Ga. Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Up to Savannah, Ga. Back to Atlanta for a couple of days, then head home to Michigan. After having the car serviced (at our local dealership), I noticed a slight vibration and warping sound. Informed (our local dealership) and scheduled service to address these issues before our trip. Long story short, conflicting time schedules prevented the service. We continued as planned on our trip heading south. While traveling through Atlanta, I ran over some road hazard on the highway and was rewarded with a gash on the sidewall of my tire. Drove it immediately to Jim Ellis, in Doraville, Ga. (Same place I purchased my car two years prior). My "greeting tech" for that day was Matt Webb. Not only was he a professional and provided exceptional service to us, but he quickly resolved our vehicle issues so that we could continue our trip. Unfortunately we had to buy two new tires instead of one. One of the tires purchased in Michigan had a manufacturing defect. (Don't understand why my local dealership didn't catch that, but anyway). The car now drives like NEW! Matt, thank you for addressing our road hazard problems and also the warping and vibration challenge as well. By this, we were able to continue our trip as planned with a small delay. Audi has some "recall" issues with the IMM Camera. Planning a special trip in late November to Atlanta. As long as we can help it, Matt Webb at Jim Ellis Audi and their technicians are the ONLY hands that will forever touch our A8L, of which we loving, call "BlackSexy.""

"Ordered rear Q5 rubber floor mats for my 2020 Audi. The mats were shipped quickly and arrived ahead of time. Their communication was excellent and the mats arrived, well packed, in pristine condition. I will use this dealer again for future orders."

"They have an awesome selection of parts, even the ones that are low stock everywhere else. The website is incredibly easy to navigate. The status update emails are very nice to keep track of packages. Parts are a little spendy but well worth it. I bought a part that was hipping from Germany and out of stock everywhere else. The delivery said it would take a few weeks (not their fault) but they sent an email asking if I would like it expedited for FREE! They even refunded my account without me having to do anything after a part was out of stock! My only thing I wish they were a little more on top of is letting me know the part is out of stock quicker. But I believe they let me know as soon as they found out. With incredibly fast customer service and an easy-to-navigate website, They get 5 stars from me! Thank Jim Ellis Audi."

"They had the part I needed for my Audi at a good price; however, shipping was very expensive. The main reason for a low rating is speed of service. Site says most orders ship in 24 hours. It took over 2 weeks for them to ship my order then 3 more days for it to get to me. If I would have known it was going to take that long before they took my money I would have paid more for the part from another source instead of going almost 3 weeks without my car. I had to drive my husband's BMW while we waited fir my Audi parts to come in."
