"Ordered online and got it mailed to me only to receive the wrong part. I ordered a center console lid and received a dome light cover. Wth? Called to get the issue addressed multiple times only to have to leave voicemails and no one has returned my calls. I’ll just report it to my bank."
"This place made my pay upfront for an radiator and a/c condenser. Was told the parts had to be sent to the Fairburn ga location and it should be a 24 hour turnaround. This was on Monday. Come Thursday still no parts. Was told they were sent to the Fairburn location but they couldn't find them. I asked for my money back. They said they had to charge me and RESTOCKING FEE FOR PARTS I NEVER RECEIVED. Come the next Monday and still no refund. I have to keep calling to get my refund and they STILL CHARGED ME 8.12 AS A RESTOCKING FOR PARTS WERE NEVER THERE. The crazy thing is I ordered the same part BRAND NEW on ebay for cheaper than the invisible USED part they were supposed to give me and had them in two days. Please don't waste your time nor your money with this place."
