She went over and beyond to change the battery and was super careful with the wires and the car. I have found my new Autozone home. Thank you “Z”!"

She was well spoken, knowledgeable, and showed me tremendous hospitality as she was able to call and get my 3 different autozone reward accounts combined into one without me even asking her to do so. "The lady with the color hair was very rude and wasn’t helpful at all. Her tone and demeanor was so unprofessional to the point I didn’t even want any further assistance from her. I was in need of a battery thought I had Warranty on my car battery and ask her to check for me; the system didn’t have my purchase under my phone number and it seem like she got pleasure saying I didn’t have proof of purchase and push the monitor around so hard toward my face; it was just a bad experience over all. I ask could someone give me a jump bc I refuse to spend my money at that auto zone bc of her attitude and she stop one of the employees from helping me and even told a customer not to help me bc his car may become damage; she was unbelievable! I would never return there and I went to advance auto across the street and purchased me a car battery and they were so kind and welcoming and I wasn’t surprise when they told me that ppl always complain about your place of business at auto zone."

"I am very satisfied with the service I received at this location. I was helped by Mr. David, and I am so impressed with the way he handled my situation. Mr. David went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive my car home safely. He spent a lot of time dedicating time to my specific situation, even while handling other customers as well. I'm unsure of what time he got off, but we were there pretty late, and he stayed the whole entire time! This man definitely deserves a raise! This is the type of customer service you need at an auto part store! Especially being that I am a female, he explained everything fully and detailed leaving me worry free! If i'm ever in the area again and need to stop at an Auto Zone i'm going back to this one!"

"Went to the Fairburn location to for a new battery. Not only was Joe very helpful in assisting me me with the correct selection but he also installed it for me. With extreme difficulty due to excessive corrosion he took the time and extra measures needed to remove the old battery and replace it with the new one. All while dealing with my battery he still was assisting customers as the came with various questions. It wasn’t until he was finished with my battery that I realized he was the Store Manager!!! He did an awesome job with the service provided to me. I truly appreciate it!!!"
