"Listen, if 4.6 stars was EVER A LIE, this is the quintessential example. I wish I read the most recent comment cause it confirms the horrible customer service and unethical business practices I just witnessed! I told them I smelled something that smelled like gas in the car. It felt like I needed a new cabin filter. Joe said they’ll test drive the car to see if they can duplicate the gas smell cause that could be a deeper issue. Cool. (I only got Joe’s name because he ends up being the rudest person I’ve dealt with in a while.) I go back inside and talk to the woman and give her my keys. I ask her how much should I expect to pay. She says, “If they duplicate the smell, then they’ll have to run a diagnostic to see the issue. If it’s just a cabin filter replacement, then there won’t be a charge. That’s simple and they do that during normal tune-ups. You won’t pay anything.” I was surprised to hear this but thought maybe my dealership has been getting over on me this whole time if this spot is willing to do it for free, similar to how the tire shop I go to fills up air for free. Anyways, as I'm about to leave I realize she never took down my name or number (should have realized then that there was some incompetency). I gave it to her. After she calls my phone to say my car is ready, I come in the next morning. She wasn’t there (yet) but Joe and the owner were. He tells me they couldn’t duplicate the gas smell but changed my air filters, and the total is $197. I told them I wasn’t expecting to pay that much after the woman told me yesterday you guys don’t charge for this. He and the owner both dispute my claim and the owner says he’s going to call her. I see him call her and of course he walks to the back when she answers. Joe goes back there and then comes back out front to say “we’re taking some of the charge off since she said that.” It’ll be $100. I pulled out my card and handed it to him cause that was fair to me. Here’s where it got ugly: The girl walks in the door to clock in and clearly avoids eye contact, walks right past me, doesn’t respond to my good morning. As I’m getting my receipt I ask her if she recalls what she told me, and of course Joe jumps in with complete RUDENESS, saying leave it alone. Even the owner had to tell him to relax. I’m not calling him racist but the undertone was there when he said “some people don’t want to pay” and “we’ll go get your old one out the dumpster.” Like what, I JUST paid? I had zero problem with paying. It was just NOT what she said. The girl finally answers me and says she never said that. I could do nothing but laugh at the unethical, bold face lie. What a joke. STAY AWAY! Joe said "I don't care" about negative reviews. So I hope the owner does not respond to this pretending to care all of a sudden cause you're part of the problem for suggesting I was lying."

"Wow. These guys are super rude. When asked for a quote, they said they cannot do it and hung up on me. I repeatedly told them that we have replaced the water pump and just need a price for bleeding the system and he goes "Why didn't you tell us right off the bat". They have zero etiquettes and zero customer service. If you can't service, that's fine, politely decline but you don't have to be rude with your customers!"

"I decided to come here after seeing the really good reviews for not only customer service but prices an efficiency and I'm soo glad I did. I've been in Atlanta four about 6 years now and have finally found my go to mechanic. I really appreciate the over customer service and how they operate From the nice lady at the front desk to the owner/manager. As someone who isn't familiar with cars they took great care and not once did I feel like they were just feeding me info. My car is fixed and I'm a happy girl. Will definitely be returning and happy to mention them to anyone who asks."
