"I scheduled a hitch installation two weeks prior to my visit. When I arrive for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that the installer(GM)had left but would return shortly. 35 minutes later, the installer returned, and was obviously in a bad mood but eventually called my name to start the hitch installation. I stated that my appointment was 35 min ago. The GM(installer) then said “ i’m responsible for two different locations and I’m doing the best I can”No apology was offered for being late, I did received an aggressive, negative attitude, and was told basically it didn’t matter to them whether I got my hitch installed or not. If I had not already waited 2 weeks and no time to take my vehicle elsewhere, I would have gotten a refund and moved on. Lesson learned."
