"I was informed that the lug nuts on my truck were swollen and the couldn't use the suggested 21 mm socket on them, so they couldn't work on my truck. Looking at the other reviews I think the only reason they didn't get rude after I called them idiots is because I was a lot bigger than both of them. I just seemed like a sorry experience all together."

"Where do I start. Got tires installed on 11/9/19. Had a flat tire on Monday 11/11/19 due to an improperly installed valve stem, was told by an employee at the tire center that I could either bring it back in or just fix it myself. ( completely unacceptable). Then car started vibrating very heavy in the steering wheel so I scheduling for them to rebalance the tires. Well today on 11/17/19 they found that a lugnut had been cross threaded during installation and they couldn’t get it off. Told me to just go the problem fixed and they’d reimburse me for the repairs. And you can clearly see that one lug nut is further out than all the rest. That pisses me off. Paid $500 for a set of tires with lifetime balance and now won’t be able to trust them with my car again. I wish there was a way to just return the tires and get my money back. DO NOT USE THE TIRE CENTER AT SAMS!!!!!!"
"Very nice people. I called to price a battery, showed up about 30 minutes later at the store, they rang me up and it was cheaper than other stores! Very nice guys."
