"Alpharetta town permit/building safety needed an structural analysis to support the capability of a 32 ft by 24 inch by 1 and 3/4 inch span to withstand the roof load by itself. I reached out to Robert and shared all the building plans that I had and asked for it. Next day, while Robert was not available, I got into Braids' voicemail. I could not speak to him and was anxious to know if he understood my voicemail. Tried a couple of times later but it still kept going to voicemail. Anyways to my pleasant surprise, saw an email later in the day articulating my ask verbatim. Thank you Braid. I hope this should make Townplanner happy."
"Love this place! As a contractor sometimes you need materials yesterday and Lummus has always come through for us! They even beat pricing at Home Depot on a siding package! On the rare occasion they don’t have something they will direct you where to get it and their yard guys are more than helpful getting you in and out of there fast!"
"The guy up front was Wayne he although straight forward with you he is a very cool dude beleave it or not . I do agree he is very unforgettable. His health is not so nice to him . So now there is a new fellow upfront nice fellow he is . I like the service there and friendly folks."
"1 star rating is 1 too many. Yes incredibly unprofessional and snappy. The front desk only answers the phone when the manager yells from the back to pick it up. A front desk guy and manager held an arguing match over having a weekend off while we we're waiting in line. This place is a joke and they don't seem to mind."
