"I've been spending thousands of dollars at this location. I'm busy. I simply needed wd40. After waiting for minutes at the counter with no person visible in the store. I stood at the empty register yelling hello for help. I could hear someone in the back later to find out to be Fransisco!!! So I yelled louder hello!!! Not a wait one second sir nothing. The manager a very very nice gentleman had to come inside from outside helping a customer to do Fransiscos job who he made excuses for. It's so simple. You're customer's time is extremely valuable act like it. Also if you're so miserable at work that you don't have the simply compassion to respond to a customer's needs then quit. Go work some place that doesn't have customer service involved. The only reason I would return here is to return a part."
