"I contacted Floorit Enterprises LLC to resolve this issue they are well aware of. During insulation, the company caused damage to my bathroom tile. I contacted the manager/owner (xxxxx xxxxx) and he is well aware. The owner ask me to find the alike tile and he would install it. I inform him, I don’t have a clue on where to find the alike tile and since his folks damaged the tile, he should find the tile and install the tile. I don’t feel like I should pay more money to replace the tile that Floorit Enterprises LLC damage. I have before and after pictures that he saw himself."
