"These people run a good business. Kathryn is so polite and efficient. I can book an appt with her in under 2 min. Most places I am on the phone for 15-20 min. The tech, I forget his name at the moment, is young but very knowledgable. I subscribe to their twice a year system cleaning and checkup. This fall he noticed the heating element was get old and corroded and told me to watch if it takes a long time to heat up. Just a month ago I notice the long times to heat the cabin. I called and they installed a new one. Peace of mind is what Miller's gives me most. If u are not doing business with them, you should be. Give them a call."
