"I took my black dress uniform to be cleaned quickly for a conference. I was encouraged to get have it pressed also which I didn't think about. Despite me showing up last minute for services, they were able to quickly clean all of the stains and beautifully pressed my uniform just in time for the start of the conference. This will definitely be my go to cleaners."

"I switched from my regular dry cleaner, which is closer to my home, because they do such wonderful work here at Joinus. My suit jackets always have tissue paper puffed out through the sleeves to keep the arms crisp, which my previous establishment didn’t do. The pricing is comparable to that of the area so you’re not necessarily paying more…you’re just getting more quality."

"Didn't think I would be able to get my dress altered one day before a wedding event, but Kim made it happen! It was not a simple hemming of the dress, either, but she got it done and did a beautiful job. On the day I picked up the dress, the slit on the side was still too high for my liking (even though I had previously agreed on the length). Instead of sending me home to deal with it, Kim whipped out a needle and thread and further closed the slit. It's not often I come across such incredible service! I was completely impressed and grateful. This is where I'll be going for all my alterations! Thank you, Kim!!"

"Joinus is the best! I recently took an Indian outfit where the skirt had 5 layers and they altered it perfectly. I waited until 2 days before my event to take it for alterations and they were able to get it done in that time frame. I also had a few other Indian outfit tops altered and they did that perfectly. I also get all of my Indian and formal clothes dry cleaned here and they do a great job each time. The owners are very kind and do a great job at keeping their customers happy! Would absolutely recommend this place!"

"After going to another alterations place that straight up told me that the white dress I brought in couldn’t be altered due to the beads—I was panicking. I needed the dress to be brought up by just an inch or two, and I specifically wanted to wear this dress for my wedding night reception! However, my sweet fiancé didn’t want to give up and we stumbled across Joinus! She was super sweet and patient. She truly listened to my concerns and recommended that I didn’t bring it up because of the pricing! She literally came up with another idea that wouldn’t ruin my dress, saved her heavy labor work and made me happy! Unlike the other alterations place, she came up with another idea to make it possible for me to wear this dress rather than turning me away!
