"I had a water valve under my sink replaced. The time to repair was less than 15 minutes. Service fee was 59.99 , 20 for the valve, and 135 for labor. Total was 193.99 for the replacement of the valve. I understand the service call fee, but I do not understand $20 for a $10 valve, and $135 labor for less than 15 minutes work. Problem leak was fixed. However, I believe it was a bit steep for a simple water valve."
"I have a duplex in Dalton needing someone for an emergency and gave him a call due to the number of good reviews I saw on Google. Contacted him to schedule an appt 1 day out to get an issue fixed that was causing water to come out from under the toilet and tub. He said it was something clogged. Supposedly he performed that job and made me pay but whenever someone else when after him, he did not unclog anything. He told us to give him a call within 24 hours so he could come back out. We did but he did not answer. After 48 hours I kept calling him at different hours and no answer. 3 days in a row I would call and text and still no answer til finally he just blocked me. I would not recommend his services to anyone needing something done."
"Professional. Reasonably-priced. Nice people. Courteous. Willing to work with me. Very knowledgeable. Is there anything else one would want? We hired them to install commercial hot water heater for our business. Their price was reasonable. We had a few complexities and they worked with me on them. This is so rare! The owner is very nice and easy-going. You genuinely need look no further than this company! They are now my go-to for any plumbing need!"
"Fantastic service! We found a water leak at 1:00pm and called Jaime. Even though he was on another job until 5:00 he came over and worked until 7:30pm to correct all the issues. They were very professional and affordable. Will use again anytime I need a plumber. Highly recommended."
"Called to get a quote and Jamie came out just a few minutes later. He explained everything well and said he could fix/install our new water lines and fix the drain for our new tub the same day!! Everything was done in a matter of a couple hours…Very impressed with his work and professionalism! Will definitely call him again for any of our plumbing needs!"
