"My company used Cabinets To Go for my customers install. The cabinets were 18k plus. We paid this amount in cash. There were mistakes in the shipment of the cabinets twice . The hinges were sent incorrectly along with other cabinets . So I was to be issued a refund and it’s been 4 months and no refund. This company has failed me and my customer tremendously and no one has answers for why I don’t have my refund . I’ve gone to the store , called the customer service department and no one has any answers for me . PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT WHAT YOU WANT. I’ve been patient and no I must hire a lawyer to get this resolved . It’s not the matter of the money it’s the looping around through there system. CABINETS TO GO AS YOU READ THIS KNOW THAT OTHERS ARE READING THIS AND YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ."
