"Horrible management! I had to ask for a manager twice for a issue with a gift card. The store associate instead called the customer support line and left me there waiting for 40 minutes before Mary Bell (Manager) showed up and told me to visit another store for the refund. It’s sad that management is this horrible considering that I’ve never had issues with the sales floor staff. I really hope that management gets some training so that they can improve their store."
"They have a decent selection of tile, more than I thought they would. It's very convenient vs going to a specific store for flooring only. Home Depot is the Walmart of home projects. I'll be back to my local home Depot!"
