"My experience started out well. There were several mistakes made in my closet design despite an expert designer spending time measuring and discussing options. I had 3 separate spaces requiring closet design. 2 of them had errors. With one space, the errors were handled to my satisfaction. With the largest area, the design was specifically built around my wardrobe and jewelry. Despite the designer measuring and custom fitting my closet, the drawers were built in to different specifications than what were ordered. As a response, the company offered to build more closets in another area, which was not an acceptable solution. In discussions with the company, I was made to feel like the mistake was mine and not theirs, despite admission that there was a change in vendor which led to different drawers being ordered. I was told to pay for my project in full or go to collections. I paid $22,000+ for a custom closet built and designed by experts who then did not live up to their end of the process. Extremely disheartened by the mismanagement and unprofessional treatment I received for a very expensive product."
