"I have spent two years attempting to work with Peachtree Cabinets to replace a set of warped doors under a warranty period. They have attempted to replace the doors over 10 times in those years and have either gotten new warped doors or cannot come even close to matching the tone of the cabinets. The color mismatches are so bad that immediately their installation technicians each time have stated they wouldn't install them. The original set was then taken so they could check the stain match at their warehouse before bringing it out... and they lost those cabinets which 1 year later I'm told could have had the warped removed. Other facts I would consider when doing business with them... - Their Customer Service Supervisor named Bob after two messages left unreturned, hung up on me after requesting his name and title after he told me "I'm not wasting another second telling you there's nothing else we can do" before I even had a chance to say a thing. - We had 4 sets of doors that warped. 3 other ones were replaced without issue after this set. - We've been given multiple reasons for the failure to produce accurate replacements... change in manufacturer, change in paint supplier, ordering of the wrong wood type, and now "time" - After 2 years, they are now blaming "Time and UV light" failing to acknowledge their failure to rectify in a timely manner would be responsible for any changes due to time and UV light. - I was told on 2 occasions I would receive a call from their CEO to discuss my experience, primarily around my interaction with Bob. I never received that call. The gentleman that we've dealt with since the "Bob incident", Bill, has been a consummate professional in his interactions with us. Great person, great attitude, and someone that deserves high praise for his customer service. Before the issues with in-warranty replacements, we were VERY happy with out cabinets. The work is very nice. However, we now have a very noticeable different style of cabinet doors in place that multiple real estate professional have told us are an eyesore and diminish the value of our kitchen. This was supposed to be our dream kitchen and it's very sad that we have not got what we should have gotten."
