"Mr. Allen and his wife performed a repair on my LG OLED under warranty. They left their shop in Georgia at 4:00 a.m. to arrive promptly at my home at Shell Point, Florida. This allowed me and my family to get on the road for Christmas vacation. The warranty work was performed in minutes but we spent more time chatting.
