"Jessica and Josh were so nice and helpful. Really appreciated their professionalism and follow through. We had an issue with our ice maker so Jessica asked me to take a photo of the model number in order to have parts ready prior to my service call. When Josh arrived he diagnosed the problem immediately and because they had asked for information ahead of the appt, he had already picked up the parts he thought he would need and fixed the issue in minutes. No waiting for parts to be ordered or a second service call. Would definitely use Godzilla again! Thanks Jessica and Josh!"

"Outstanding! After all the poor service and no call no shows, we finally found an awesome appliance repair company. The owner himself came out and did an outstanding job. He took the entire dryer apart and showed me each area that was worn down, instead of just fixing the heating element. He cleaned the inside and was able to clean up and lubricante my old parts without selling me new ones. Because we have an amazing discontinued dryer, we have a box of spare parts to keep it running as long as possible. Other companies have refused to use the parts we have. This company not only used our parts, but told us to save most of them for later and he fixed up our beat up parts to get them to last longer. This dryer is discontinued, as are most of the parts. He spent 3 hours here jury rigging the heating element and hand threading on a new coil (which we had already because the part has been discontinued.) He didn’t complain. The last guy that had to hand thread our heating element said for us to never call him again. BTW he also showed up 45 min early and told us that since it took longer than he expected, he’d only charge us for 2 hours of labor instead of 3. HIs business also goes by the name Appliance ATL and has a second phone number. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"The technician was great! Did not over charge us for repairs that were not needed. Even fixed an issue that a prior tech had broken (the other company came out to "fix" my dishwasher twice prior). I will request him specifically if I have an issue with any other appliance. Highly recommend this company!"
